Business trip. Free parking in good size carpark. Rooms are OK. I thought a fridge would be provided and there was plenty of space for one.
Plenty of sockets in well appointed places.
Bath and shower with plenty of towels.
Breakfast - I asked for boiled eggs which couldn't be provided yet a plethora of other versions - fried, poached and scrambled. Otherwise reasonable selection of items.
I would stay again.

Lovely hotel with plenty of parking. Friendly staff. My room was clean and of nice design. Bathroom clean. Shower a little basic and slightly lacking power but got nice and hot.
Lovely buffet style breakfast with good selection.
The only slight negative is the stopping of food service at 9pm. Even the pizza advertised in the room was only until 9pm. For someone arriving late this was disappointing.
Other than that, a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea for my daughters 30th birthday . The food was lovely and I was able to have gluten free . The room was beautiful and relaxing and the service was brilliant . Very polite and couldn't do enough for us ! Will visit again .

My son had his Wedding on 29 Dec 24. Service was excellent along with the wedding breakfast. Staff were the most friendly and helpful I have encountered. Thank you to all of you for a memorable day.

Stayed at the southcrest Manor, 3/1/25 my daughter and I had a spa package, which was 2 25 minute treatments, dinner, bed and breakfast. The dinner and breakfast was nice, the staff were helpful, but after half an hour of being there, was told the hot tub wasn't in use as needed work done, also didn't realise there was no indoor pool, which is what we mainly go for. My daughter addressed our issue of no hot tub to the staff, what are we meant to do to fill our time. The staff was very apologetic offered a refund if we didn't stay, we had our treatments. which only one young girl did, so had to wait for eachother which was an hour each, I think too much time waiting for treatments. Then was told by maintainence that the hot tub was safe to use, it was now 6pm we had half hour in the hot tub. Then had dinner, not very impressed. Overall it should of said on the website the hot tub wasn't working, it was our mistake about the indoor pool. Just a shame as nice place and staff, but nothing else going on regarding the pamper package.

Very convenient location to visit our relatives in Redditch. Room are nice, clean and well decorated. Stafv were all lovely and we were provided with a cot for our baby. Looking forward to come back when we have more time in the Midlands to give the spa a go!

For a four star hotel you’d expect the heating to work and to have WiFi and landline, but no, none of that. We did get an electrical radiator as they didn’t offer to get us another room. (They had other rooms available). On top of that the bathroom towels were ripped and there was no toilet brush.
Just be careful when you book as there were better 3 star hotels that looked way more nicer.

Went for boxing day lunch. We go most years and it doesn't disappoint. Great value for money, food delicious , surroundings beautiful and the staff very attentive and friendly. A local gem.

Some really nice people work here, but the place is run on a shoe string, it is impossible to get room service and service took ages. The hotel seems really tired. Getting to our room required several different staircases.

We came for Breakfast with Santa, it was brilliant. Staff were great and Santa was lovely. Breakfast was good too. We got to make some reindeer food too. Really recommend it.

Came here for a friend's baby shower in the event room, the space was large and warm and kept to a good standard. Staff were quick with drinks and food. Great time had by all!

I would leave them reviews in minus. I attended an event at the hotel. I definitely put my registration number in and still ended up with a parking fine. Absolutely horrible, rejected appeal and made to pay the fine.

Rooms were OK, but getting to them is a bit of a trek, if you have mobility issues please check before staying. We had a ground floor room, which was well equipped and clean, but it did need us to walk up two flights of stairs along a corridor with more steps, before going down another four flights of stairs to the room! Food was good though, and staff friendly and helpful. I would consider

Easy check in and literally the whole staff is friendly and helpful. The family room is spacious, clean and it has everything we need for our little family. Children love the huge back garden and little forest for them to walk around picking berries.
We also want to thank Flyn who looked after us in the Restaurant, he's brilliant and friendly. We need more young people like him in the Hospitality Industry.
The hotel also provided Spa and Afternoon Tea. Beautiful and peaceful place for a romantic weekend escape for a couple or for a Bestie Bonding time.
Totally recommended place in Redditch 🫶🏼🌹

Stayed here whilst going to the test match at Edgbaston, Rooms were very comfortable, shower didnt have very good water pressure though. Meal in the bar was lovely, top rate burger yum! Staff very helpful and kind, parking tricky when there is a wedding on but got the last space. Buffet breakfast good, a lovely stay.
